The charity show to raise funds for the sichuan earthquake victims was very depressing. The pictures shown, the poems read...made me on the verge of tears (i don't dare to tear cos my family has been teasing me for almost everything under the sun and I CANNOT STAND ANYTHING MORE).

my heart really bleeds for them as you see and feel the grief that the people there shed for their loved ones. It's like even still images come alive...so haunting..so propelling.

these are things that make me want to do all that i can do help them....and even if i don't have the resources to...i just wish to be able to take photos like that, make videos and films that will touch the hearts and lives of people. to impact. to make a difference.

perhaps this is why ms de silva wrote in my testimonial that my life's goal to help people. haha. yeah...unbelievable.

still. it's nice to see people gather to help one another. it's like humanity ain;t all that cruel after all :)
