man. just came back from a crazy night at downpour. it was just a good time of fellowship and revealing my "true" crazy side to the people here while playing apples to apples (which i came in second cos i'm so lame and retarded) and then catch phrase, which i terribly suck at cos i can't work under stress and last but not least, the game that kept us all in the church was rockband. tried out the guitar, the drums and the singing. HAHAHAA. it was an AWESOME time of letting loose. hell yeah. haven't laughed till my sides ached and my tears came out in a looonnngg time.

thank God for church :)
ok. so here i am to update in the midst of the stupid frustrating finals cos my exam just finished and this is the start of the weekend so i might as well take a short breather and errr..breathe and blog.

any-o-the-hows. got loads to update on i reckon.

first things first
james and i were finally intro-ed to one another. ok...so it all started when i went for an extra help drawing session to work on the huge drawing and mind you..i called my prof to double check the timing 5 minutes before i left because i know other classes used the classroom till 7.30pm and she told me that no one was using it. GANASAI i tell u. i went all the way there and she apologised X___X BUT OF COURSE...in front of prof must act nice and polite and say it is absolutely fine (but it is kinda true cos i didn;t really want to work on my drawing anyways. HAR HAR HAR) so i took the bus back and GUESS WHO WAS ON IT ALONE??? james the kimchi boy. (now kiddies. this is how God blesses you when you are a good person and do your homework and go for extra help sessions.) har har. yes. so after alot of hesitation, i finally summed up enough courage and here's our interaction:

taking a deep breath "errr..hi. you're james right?
*kimchi nods head*
"saw your pictures on facebook. you have awesome pictures :)" (all that in one nervous breath while trying to remain as calm and collected as i possibly can.)
*he shyly and humbly shakes his head and laugh.*
i laugh and quickly added "i'm gloria by the way" and he says quietly "i know."
omg..HE KNOWS WHO I AM *BLUSH* lol. this is embarassing. I SURE HOPE I WASN'T OBVIOUS.

anyhows. he went on to talk about going for the alternative spring break and i asked him how he knew cos he missed the previous meeting and he told me he saw my name on the list in the email and that the other korean there told him about it.
hoho. his friends mention my existence. ho ho (blush)

so anyhow, the bus reached arnold and he had to get off and he said bye before he left :) that left me smiling the whole night.

thought of the day: he knew who i was and that i existed!!!

the next day, i had my dinner at JOs and i had to leave early to go attend a talk on archeology in Egypt for art history and guess who i bumped into right outside??? KIMCHI!

this part was funny.

"hi :)" (both saying at the same time)
(both of us realises that and he quickly looks down while i look away and smile to myself)
*awkward pause*
"where are you going?" (both saying the exact same words at the same time...AGAIN)
*another embarassed pause*
i finally say "i'm going to the trustees theatre for an art history lecture. you?"
"cool. me too."
"cool."

and off we headed off together. he half pedaling on his bike as slowly as he can cos i;m walking. so during the walk to the trustees we talked and shared about where we were from and our majors, our abilities to speak both english and mandarin :S, his photography interest and church. he attends a korean church in savannah right now where he helps lead worship in  that small youth group of theirs. He still wants to serve in other areas so i invited him down for 180. then we sat down and attended the lecture.

end of love story, on to interesting facets of my art school life.

so the art hist egyptian lecture was really really good. so much so i was able to pay attention despite having kimchi boy next to me. zahi hawas is a reknowned egyptian archeologist who has gone on national geographic, discovery channel and has given personal tours to hollywood stars and even bill gates. it was interesting listening to him. he was a man passionate about his work and he was very humourous about it too. i'm glad i attended this lecture cos i heard about how boring the other lectures were. HAR HAR HAR. we traced the lineage of some of the mummies and expelled myths of murder and conspiracies and we realised that no one was murdered. they died from illnesses. learnt more about the very interesting egyptian culture and what nots. perhaps...i should take archeology instead of psychology for one of my modules that i need to take. HMMMSSSSS... :D PLUS. he has decided to tie up with SCAD and arrange a trip to Egypt where he will gives us a tour to one of the excavation site. COOLNESS. i would so do that to fulfil one of my art history electives!

so my huge ass pastel drawing is finally done. i forgot to bring my camera to class so i didn't manage to take a picture to show u guys for now. but be patient and wait. i'm real proud of this one. i spent a good deal of 20hrs on the coloring so that makes a total of about 30hrs for this whole shit. but yeah. my prof was really happy about it. she dubbed me the best coconut drawer -__-''' and but hell yeah. through this i've managed to train my eye to see color in objects. shadows are no longer black or grey, but have a combination of blues, greens and violets depending on the light around. slowly but surely you start to think you're going crazy when you see colors no one else sees.

thirdly.
remember the house that my friends and i wanted to get but couldn't because we were tied to the stupid contract? well guess wad. the owner contacted us because out of all the possible tenants we are the ones he could trust with his interior designed house that he reworked from scratch. HO HO. so he has decided to compromise and raise the rent by $50 a person per month for a year and then have the rent go back to the original amount cos over the next few months it's a loss of around 4K. not just that. he has decided to leave some furniture behind for us :) yay. money savers!! WHOOT WHOOT. thank God. He provides.

as for the roommates issue, i have decided that i'll choose the room away from everyone else. it doesnt matter if i can't possibly live 24/7 with some people, but at least i can hide in my room and it will be clear that i want to be left alone...like now. nonetheless, i am delighted because now i do not need to spend a single cent on furniture because my future roommates have spare furniture that they can provide for me. and it's near the china market too. which means I CAN HAVE ASIAN FOOD ALL THE TIME THAT I WANT :D :D :D :D :D

my first visit there left me brimming in tears of joy. even seeing the cans of yeos soy milk and vitasoy made me sooo happy. i miss home.

fourthly
there was a drug raid today. they lied saying that we were going to have our air conditioners in the room serviced but nooo....when i went for class i saw 4 sheriff cars outside the dorms and their dogs came sniffing in the rooms. exciting. only problem was my roommate had the neighbouring boy in my room in her bed with her in just their undies and my other roommate might have drugs. i have no idea where the two or 3 of them are right now, but they are definitely not in the room with me right now.

fifth
i'm delighted in the amount of drama that is happening in my room. simply because i am not a part of it and it is always fun and delightful to have abit of channel 8/desperate housewives drama to watch when you don't have a tele to watch. oh love...forbidden love. now i have an extra roommate, a male. thankfully, he's a nice guy :) i think it's really cute watching the two of them in their first stage of honeymoon love life.

and lastly,
i came back from my room last night all grumpy from dinner with michelle and maggie cos michelle was having an emotional outburst on me and i refuse to tell her how i feel about it. it's hard when you keep it inside and after a while she comes in asking you what is wrong and tells u how worried she is about u etc etc. it almost killed me to know that. i'm heartless. that's my line for throwing everything she throws at me back at her.

but but but. i was delighted in a lil gift i found on my pillow.

apparently someone decided to sent me a wuv gram. which is really a love gram...like a monogram..love message whatever for valentines day. albeit really late, but it's not that person's fault. the student services is just too slow.

the red paper says
"to: Gloria Wu
(turner hse Room ___)
happy Valentines day
Love: your secret admirer"

OOOHHHHH. i have a secret admirer.
excitingness.
i just hope the person's a HE and not a SHE and that he is not a creeper or a weirdo.

i have no clue who this person is and i have no idea how to find out UNLESS THAT PERSON TELLS ME. then i will decide whether to honestly and bluntly reject or say wait and see.

haha.

wheee...had a nice and relaxing day today having loads of me time at the library, feeling like a professional art student looking through art books and medical anatomy for the artist. had to do a bit of scanning and printing and what not. it was just simply a feel-good me time. no noise, no disruption. just me in my own world and freedom of imagination. no michelle yakking away while i try hard to pretend i'm listening even though sometimes i don't care about what she's talking about.

after my time in the library i went around savannah to get pictures for sketchbook work. i know i'm not supposed to draw from pictures, but i'm not intending to drag around my many markers and water color and what nots from park square to park square with the wind blowing all my papers around.

i managed to borrow the book on the drawings/sketches
of stephen silver who is an artist and character designer for
nickelodeon. Saw his development of danny phantom and such and i've decided that my goal now is to master proportions and then move on to stylising and concept such that i can draw base on my imagination. however, before this can happen, i need to work on mastercopying previous artworks to try out different mediums and techniques and getting a feel of the art and style. this is exciting. sadly, wonderful art supplies like good copic markers or prismacolor markers cost a bomb, with a set of 12 costing a minimum of 45 USD and the copic ones at 70 USD. WHYYYYYYYY :( even a simple lead holder, which is like a mechanical pencil, only that the lead for it is pretty much the thickness of a pencil, costs 7 USD. this is INSANE!!! grrrr

anyhows, the weather today was gorgeous to walk around in and i pretty much discovered a part of savannah i never noticed or saw before. i am excited for my photography module which i'll take during summer because i have discovered new and int
eresting things, and there will definitely be greater and more exciting discoveries. WHOOPIE :)

interesting fish pipe
haha. i was like WHAT?!?!

SUN DIAL! coolness :)

photos of my valentine:

as you can  tell, this thing is pretty HUGE. it's 36" by 48" in vine charcoal stick. gonna have to go over this with pastel and i'm really too lazy to do so cos i spent bout 8-9 hrs on this one. funny how this is like so many times larger than the usual size drawing but i still took the same amount of time to complete it :S the easel is pretty much as low as it can go and in order to reach the top of the paper my hand is fully extended. it is pretty much a pain in the ass sometimes but i enjoy standing and balancing on the legs of the easel.

it hasn;t been a very good time for me.

i'm currently having a roommate trouble even though it's pretty much one sided where i feel totally annoyed and she has no idea. my new roommate's been an a-hole. she was so superbly messy i had to do an obstacle course in order to get from one side of the room to my desk, which is on the other side of the room. her clothes, clean or dirty is piled high onto several mount Everests and it takes a journey of leap and bounds to reach my desk. our floor was by the way, really gross, so both nicole and i were totally disgusted that she wears the clothes on the floor. even undies. i'm surprised she doesn't get infections down under. not just that, she is unhygienic. she spilled coffee on her desk and didn't clean up. now that it's dried up into a layer of coffee glaze, she has taken great joy in scribbling little designs into it. a while back she even used stray hair found in the bathroom to write the word love on the walls. X_X  then she cuts her hair on the counter and doesn't clear up, leaving hair scattered all over it as well as her foundation powder. more often than not, nicole cleans it up for her. she simply refuses to do so.

thankfully, i took the step to clean my area up since i had my sheets washed and that peer pressured nicole into cleaning her area and finally ally cleaned it up. for the first time, she finally appreciates the magic and joy of a clean room. gosh. suddenly my room appears bigger. in the morning she exclaims with such joy that she no longer have to jump over her mountain of clothes to get out of bed. i wonder who created the problem for her in the first place. HMMM..

and then. after i came back from classes, i discovered that the furry rug in the bathroom was soaking wet and i asked nicole about it and she had no idea it was even wet. so when ally got back, we asked her about it and she said she too had no idea since she hasn't taken a bath. HOWEVER, nicole said that ally took a shower when she and britney were in the room that afternoon so she was the last person in the shower which made her the culprit for the grossly wet rug. not only did she not clean up the mess, she even LIED that she didn;t do it. I MEAN...come on. it's not a serious issue and we would be fine if you did it. but i mean...to deny it and even come up with the story that perhaps some guy came in and peed all over the rug is ridiculous. never mind that.

at 4am in the morning, music (rap and rock and what not) started playing from her laptop. i woke her up and asked her nicely to turn it off, only to have her totally ignore me and going back to bed. I WAS SO PISSED OK. seriously. it left me seething mad in bed and struggling to fall back to sleep. GRRRR. seriously thinking of getting a room all by myself.

woke up feeling utterly grumpy and sleepy and what annoyed me was how cheery she was. i felt that shooting her in the face there and then. went to class all sleepy and it was so hard to work cos i was grumpy and sleepy and couldn't focus. grrrr...

after class ended i headed down to wallin for color theory only to find that class has been rudely cancelled at the last minute. i was irritated because it's going to make my weekend horribly busy now that i'm going to have to waste away my wednesday and thursday afternoon. GRRRR. this sucks.

and nicole is going to move out next quarter so it means i'm going to have another roommate next quarter and all i can do is to simply cross my fingers and pray that i'd get a good one.

oh gosh...

yay. housing is settled. i feel like a huge burden is off my chest right now.

so ok. peer pressure is a terrible thing and i didn't want to be a horrible roommate and suddenly back out on the housing thing when everyone was so keen about getting it. soo....as i laid in bed fretting about it and asking God to help, He did.

michelle and i went to talk to the residence and housing department and we found out that there is no way to move out of the dorms next quarter unless you want to pay both the dorms and the rental costs of the house. so yeah. it's a more than valid reason to tell everyone else that we can't move next quarter. phew

it's funny how my roommate is playing some song about not worrying about a thing cos everything will be alright. indeed it has.

thanks for the prayers!

i miss having many friends to rely on. i realised last night with great frustration that i have no other outlet except my blog where all my good friends can hear me out. being with michelle the past few days has been rather frustrating. being the blunt selfish me and the super sensitive her is not exactly the best combination that friends can find. we pretty much sound like a long time dating couple quarrelling about why she's so emotional why she complains about me being so heartless and emotionless that it's just so hard to figure out what i'm thinking or feeling.

half the time when she's angry or sad i just feel like an asshole because i;m such a lousy friend. i don't want to tell her that i'm starting to have doubts about moving in with her because of her reactions. i know she's going to be very upset about it. I know because i know the way she is and i've pretty much joked with her about it and she thought i was serious and her reaction was pretty much how i expected it to be.

i just need my own space to work and not be disturbed.

blah.

blah. housing issue ain't going very well.

we need to sign the contract soon and put down our deposit etc in order to get the hse because alot of people want it :(

the problem? we're on a one year contract with the dorms and we might not be able to get out of it. if that's the case, none of us can afford paying both the dorms and the rental and utilities and meal plan. that's a whole load of money :( stress stress

and then there's the weighing out of options. there's worrying about furniture and stuff. i don't think i'd enjoy the idea of coming to a sparsely furnished house where i have a yoga mat as a bed and a box for a desk. michelle says she'll be able to get furniture for us so i'm really hoping to rely on her. otherwise it's ikea or craigslist for us...and the bank declaring me bankrupt.

somehow i feel uneasy about it, rushing into this so soon and all. there's also peer pressure because michelle and ally wants so badly to move in there. then there's the whole issue of roommate issues. i'm starting to doubt the possibility of me tolerating the madness in the house. on one hand they are the people i hang out with but on the other hand, i don't think i can stand living with them 24/7. i guess this is how having your own room would come in handy.

grrr...growing up is no fun. there's so many things to handle. if i get a job i'd have to handle stupid complicated tax forms too. sigh.

dear God. my hands are only these small. too many things are coming at me all at once and i don't know how to deal with it.

do pray.

valentines day <3

6 hours with you
sometimes so close you can feel my breath on you
piggy backing around the place
flowers
leaving ur marks all over my hands and face

this is the kind of valentines sad and single art students have.

HAHAHAHHAA.

i am utterly exhausted. this is a huge ass drawing -__- grrrrrrr

on the bright side. i must must must celebrate vday with a boy at least once during my 4-5 years here. why??? cos they have super nice fairytale pumpkin carriage rides on vday specials. HAHAHAHHAHAHAA.

in singapore we have fire drills. here, we also have fire drills.

same thing, different attitudes.

here, we get a pencil and a fireman's hat as souvenirs. LOL. and this is also for those who haven't seen me in my short hair. lol. SLOW.

guess how long we took?!?!? more than 15 minutes to evacuate the building. and mind u. this was just like wad..50 people or less? most people were in class or at lunch so it was a pretty dumb time to have a firedrill. people were literally STROLLING out of the dorms and there were people still taking a shower, one came out in a bathrobe and another had a hair in the towel bun thing. and of cos, the typical art student who will  risk all life and limb to save their work and bring it out just in case there was an ACTUAL fire. yes. i would do that too. no kidding.

the next time a flood happens, i will make sure i have all my stuff off the ground. LOL. save me the hassle.

exciting weekend ahead :P meeting for alternative spring break thingamajig, house hunting with my future roommates and just drawing homework :)

still debating about the house hunting thing. I want to live with JUST michelle. or perhaps a few others. Michelle has very friendly-ly invited practically the whole world or those that she knows and needs a house to stay in to stay with us. so now we have 6 people wanting to stay together in a 4 bed room hse. -__-'' i am not delighted to stay with them cos I don't think it's going to be fun getting along. Sometimes i disapprove of their actions but i don't say anything. but but but. i need to move off campus to save moolah. HOW HOW HOW?!?!

pls pray that i'll be able to find a good house in a safe location that is super convenient for classes and groceries etc. and for the whole roommate thing to sort out -___- sigh.

it's been a happy day. a very happy day. i would call it the disneyworld level of happiness :D

first i had an awesome art hist class. it was fun and i realised that i managed to break out of my "shy in front of teacher/professor" shell to ask questions and i found it really easy and my voice didn't come out all soft and meek. HO HO HO. i am braver now :)

went to the library and finally sorted out what classes i would take next quarter and i'm so excited. gonna be taking 3d (YUCK), Drawing for design, Advanced survey of computer arts and english. i'm specially excited for the advanced survey of computer arts cos i get to learn illustrator, flash, maya, and web coding etc. WHICH MEANS it's like all the stuff i always wanted to learn and i could possibly build a website with my portfolio and stuff. HAPPINESS.

and then after taking that class i will finally decide whether broadcast and motion graphics is for me. and then i will start taking my graphic design courses which includes typography, web, packaging, branding and photography. WHOOPEEEEE :D :D :D :D

then had a good time studying at the student centre. they have awesome study areas. the table is HUGE and they have nice comfy study chairs :D and no one was there so i had the whole area to myself. HA HA HA :D no distractions from the computer so i saved alot of time as compared to trying to study in my room :)

but the best part of the day definitely has to be the news that my application for the alternative spring break community service has been successful and i've been selected to go for it. you see...unlike the cip we have in Singapore, this trip will bring me to florida, a city near miami where i get to work in a nature reserve and rehabilitation with ANIMALS :) they have tigers, snakes, horses etc etc etc. it's practically my kind of CIP. and i get to go on a road trip too HUR HUR HUR :) for just 30 bucks. WHOOT.

oh happy day :)

Saturday, February 07, 2009

went for my first session of open model at wallin. nude drawing isn't as bad as i imagined it to be, but that doesnt lessen the awkwardness.

we had a female model at first who was fat. my eyes popped the moment she undressed. all the little dimples and cellulite. It's gonna be a pain to do a detailed rendering of her form. gosh. after seeing her i dun think my mum is fat anymore, and it's also a great motivation to never become like her. she was seriously damn fat. like even when she was standing her pubic area became just a teeny tiny triangle. THEN THEN THEN. while i was drawing her boobs, i noticed how HUGE her nipple rings are. like the brown circle around the nimple. except hers was weirdly PINK. and and and...it was huge. like the size of the base of a water bottle. IT WAS THE HUGEST nipple circle i've ever seen. OMG......seriously felt damn weird drawing a nude person cos every curve of the body led u to a new discovery which was more shocking than the last.

it pretty much got mundane after a while...and slowly, u stop caring about it. and just when i finally got used to her curves the male model stepped in. 0.0

i got nervous, and oh my gosh. when the model stripped i wanted to die.

for once in my life i am HAPPY TO BE A GIRL. that thing is HIDEOUS. OMG...it was nothing from what i expected it to look like. till now i can;t get the image out of my head. it was soo sooo sooo soo sick. ACK. IT WAS HUGE. and as i was drawing i could think of nothing other than how that thing can fit into any girl's hole without hurting. IT MAKES ME WANT TO REMAIN A VIRGIN FOREVER. omg...damn sick. makes me wonder why God couldn't create something nicer and easier for usage. now i know why guys scratch their crotch. that thing is so huge it's in their way of walking! now i truly understand the pain of the poor NS men when they have to do their road march. how they do it, i don't know.

oh my tian...HELP ME GET HIS THING OUT OF MY HEAD!!!!!!

Wednesday, February 04, 2009

soo....here are photos of 2 of my recent assignments/projects :) from drawing and color theory respectively. been pretty amazed at my increasing abilities. man...i am amazing. hahahahahaha

so below is my first try with pastels...a master copy of an impressionist painting as mentioned in the past post. scroll down to see the actual thing.

working with pastels was quite a pain in the butt. it was soooo messy and i had to use my eraser to clean lil mac cos he was covered with pastel dust. AND....it dries up ur skin. so like despite using moisturising cream and what nots....my hand still feels like a shrivelled prune. so here. full pastel drawing, self taught on blending and getting the colors. all u see here above is colors that are mixed. not straight out of the pastel stick. skin tones are the PAIN IN THE BUTT. cos u have to apply a layer of red....to give them blood. otherwise they'll look too yellow. and then u have to mix other colors. skin tone involved red, beige, yellow, orange, brown, burnt umber, light pink, lilac, blue and sometimes green.

it's amazing how different colors create different effects.

prof baronian gave me a high 5 for improving on renoir's bg. hahhaa. RICH SATURATED COLORS. my love.....my prof didn't think i could finish this. and i did. TAKE THAT! in under 3 days. she expected....30 hrs out for this? think i worked...less than 20. HUR HUR. i had fun trying to make the strokes look like brush strokes. it's the color mixing that was pissing me off. smudge and u get a murky color. HOW NOW BROWN COW???

and here below...is a project/study on translucency. there's supposed to be an overlap between the pink/red and the yellow, but after mixing it with tints and tones, the color changed ALOT. poot. maybe cos i didn't use the actual color mixed. it was so neon and gross. had to use it's tints and tones instead to get the highlights and shadows for the dog. so here's ACRYLIC PAINT on canvas. painted areas are the boxes of colors. the rest was printed. this is by the way...OPAQUELY painted. ie i couldn't see what's underneath. so every detail, fur, cloud, water that u see...is PAINTED. i have finally mastered painting. yay to me.

CLOSE UP!

YAY. i've completed all that i need to and now on to more projects :)

procrastinated a lil bit due to superbowl on sunday. another american experience - watching a football game and party. wasnt very much fun...felt abit the zzzz if u dun really support a team. had peeps (really just marshmellows. dunno what the fuss is about) and my first cup of doctor pepper which tastes like our kids cough syrup. prefer coke as the king of sodas.

so one down....many more american life experience left for me.

Monday, February 02, 2009

it's been quite an eventful week. actually not really. just alot of things happening these few days that made it appear long adn eventful. ahaha

managed to finish most of my work earlier than expected. the pastel drawing and translucency painting is coming up pretty well. I seriously think i'm possessed. it's strange cos i've never seen myself produce such work. i am AMAZED. my hands have been strangely cold though. it's so strange cos when you're in the shower and u touch urself it's like not ur hands. it's just so hard to comprehend how my hands can be freezing :S anyhows. i'm finally feeling genuinely proud of what i've achieved. especially my paintings. will post it up once i've completed it :)

i discovered with great delight, new loves for mediums, like the vine charcoal stick, and the different techniques of painting that i have discovered. WHY DIDN'T I DISCOVER THAT BEFORE?? it was soo common-sense-ical to paint the local color before adding in the details via layering. hahaha. so now i've finally managed to capture small details and surface textures of things. YIPPEEEE :D i had no idea how amazing i am until now. hidden talent finally blossoming. am pretty psyched to see how much more i can develop :D

majors open hse was fun too. how often do you get to sit down and listen to how cool ur life will be in the future??? how many people out there (especially in singapore) will get to be involved in big productions or actors or produce things that EVERYONE sees???? got to sit down and watch how we;re gonna be producing things like commercials, those on screen tele shows beginning scenes etc. now i'm superbly excited for broadcast and motion graphics. it's gonna be an exciting combination of animation, advertising, graphic design, film and tele, directing, and motion graphics. i am psyched. it's so suited for the jack of all trades master of none system in singapore where you need to have a wide variety of skills :D so exciting. but that means possibly 4-6 years here at scad instead of the usual 3 (if i take summer classes all the way). ho ho ho ho :D

i love art school <3 it's awesome to have people carrying cameras around, playing a guitar on the 3rd floor parapet sitting on a dustbin seranading everyone else and not find it strange. not to mention crazy friends. spent the night yesterday listening to crazy drunk people with great amusement.

the room was super crowded and it was like a homework party. made new friends and it's crazy how people can paint when they're tipsy. they said it's not possible for anyone to be fully sober and not high on alcohol or drugs to create awesome shiz. i dunno about that. sometimes i question whether i'm a boring fart cos it appears that i dun quite fit in with the group. all the partying and sexual jokes. i was honestly slightly uncomfortable with it all. we were watching shows with hot men inside and like everytime the dude appears they'll get all horny and screaming that they want to F*** those guys. and i'm just like oookkkk.....

i dunno. kinda sad to see one of my church friends becoming an alcoholic too. like i didn't quite expect her to cos i knew her to be a really sweet girl but like when i saw her yesterday, she was like in a sort of drunk state even though she wasn't and all she could think about was sucking people's balls and she was like hurling crude words and being very sexual and i was disturbed. i've never been quite exposed to such a sexually intense grp before. people in the room kept talking about selling their virginity to pay for art supplies, getting drunk, having sex and i was honestly, quite awkward and i didn't quite know what to do, but to sit there and drink my bottle of milk. (yes. i am quite a baby aren't i?)

they simply think i'm cute to not know so much of these sex stuff and drink baby milk instead of alcohol. hmmm...i dun quite know what to make out of all these.....interesting experiences. the knowledge of having friends that sex around and walk around naked just doesn;t go very well for a visual person like me. thank God my roommates dun have sex in my room or i'll just die. or perhaps i'll be a creep and watch how they do it. lol. SEX EDUCATION!

pray for me to go through these, wisened, but not tempted.
