2nd day of orientation

well..the second day of orientation wasn't very good, but at least it was better. and i sort of enjoyed myself. well..at least the day ended well.

i went to school. half reluctant about it being equally demoralising as the previous day. yet, the other half hoping it was just cos we were unfamiliar with one another that's why we were dead. well. i was really encouraged right from the start of the day when i passed LT1 and saw saints worshipping God. like at 7 am in the morning. yet, they all looked so passionate, so alive in Christ and it made me want to join them too =)

we played some games called CSI. my OG is really....dead..haha. it's really sad to see other OGs so gung ho and all. sometimes...i wished i was in the other og. and it didn't help that we lost every single game. even for the last game where my energy came on and i really felt we tried out best but we still lost =( i was sad about that. but oh wellz.

we went back to the hall, some feeling down, others feeling totally ok. and it felt worse that i didn't know how to communicate with the other girls =S still, we had fun learning our mass dance. it's so lindy hoppish. my goodness. haha. i was the guy side. even though the ogls insisted that we had guy-girl partners. haha. paired up with janice who is like more than a head taller than me. hahaha. we had so much fun la. it was so retardedly funny dancing and reciting the steps at the same time and like going all mad and hysterical when we do something wrong. hahaha. i just had loads of fun la. even if i was totally embarassing myself since my fats were probably jiggling like crap and i totally have horrible coordination. WAHAHaha. still fun =)

what made things even better was CHAPEL TIME! i totally forgot about it la, until they made an almost inaudible announcement. chapel time is just like yf. no longer that structured prayers, sentences, replies to the priest. good old worship and sermon and testimonies =) YAY. and the best part was. the peolpe there really just praise God, with hands lifted up and just worshipping Him, clapping along and all. you hardly get that during mass in IJ and i'm so happy that i can worship better now =) so powered up and all about God in SA =) GO SAINTS!

we did some cheering after that...haha. nehoma has like damn bimbo cheers taken from "bring it on". hahaha. it's highly entertaining. we discussed some skit stuff and then like we were supposed to have some OG dinner la. but out of like 27 people we have...3 peeps having dinner. ruth, hwee shan and myself. GEE...still we had fun just talking and we really got to know each other better =) we were all acting like bimbos, surfer dudes and all. hahaha. totally embarassing ourselves.

got home, took a bath and did my qt. oh man. super shiok qt. was damn tired and all even after the bath la. got down to writing my journal before listening to woship songs and praying. it was great man. never felt so ON an POWERED before. i had a super long session with God and i'm still fired on and i wasn't sleepy anymore and i was oblivious to my surroundings. SupeR GOOD!!!! hope it will continue =)

shall sleep now so i can make it for morning worship tmr before school starts. yIPPEEE!!!
